with AVG GmbH is easy!
Complaint:
In the event of a complaint, there is a fault with the shoe or AVG GmbH has supplied the wrong shoe.
In this case, please send information to 
  j.spies@avg-verwaltung.de
 with a detailed explanation of the problem.
You will then receive a return slip and UPS parcel label to send the defective shoes back to AVG GmbH without incurring any costs for Aramark.
In this case, too, please enclose a return slip with the goods.
Except for custom-made products, only for customers based in Germany.
Faulty and incorrectly ordered goods can be exchanged or returned to AVG GmbH within 30 days.
Returns / exchange
A return is a return of new (unworn shoes) in the undamaged original shoe box.
The shoes in the original shoe box must be packed in another shipping box.
There must be no stickers or adhesive tape on the shoe box.
In the event of a return, please return the parcel – carriage paid – to AVG GmbH together with the return slip.
In this case, the sender (Aramark) bears the return costs.
If a new shoe (exchange) is requested for a return, AVG would send the new shipment again without charging additional freight costs.
Desired exchange items can be ordered directly on the return form. A complete reordering of your goods is therefore not necessary!
Returns / exchanges are excluded:
– Worn, soiled and washed clothing / shoes
– Special productions (finished goods)
Fast and uncomplicated:
In the online store you will find all the necessary procedures describing the return and exchange in detail. Please enclose the completed return slip with every return package.
– Return the item complete and in its original packaging in the package
– Place the completed return slip in the returns package.
